How to access your plan documents online
- Log in to your account at account.gradguard.com
- Select your plan from the Dashboard
- Your Declaration of Coverage and plan details are available to view and download from there
Your Declaration of Coverage is the key document that confirms your coverage amount, Policy Effective Date, and plan type. Keep a copy somewhere accessible in case you need to reference it during a claim.
What if I can't access my account?
If you're having trouble logging in or can't locate your plan documents online, contact our support team:

What documents should I have on file?
For each plan you purchase, make sure you have:
- Declaration of Coverage — confirms your coverage amount, effective date, and plan type
- Plan document — contains the full terms, conditions, and exclusions for your plan
- Purchase confirmation email — includes your policy number and plan summary
These documents will be referenced if you need to file a claim, so it's worth saving them somewhere easy to find.
