Step-by-step: how to buy tuition insurance
Step 1: Get a quote
Go to gradguard.com/tuition/enroll and enter your school name. GradGuard partners with hundreds of accredited colleges and universities — your school will appear in the search if it's eligible.
Step 2: Enter your term details
Provide the term start date and the tuition, fees, and housing costs you want to protect. You can cover the full non-refundable amount or choose a lower coverage limit.
Step 3: Review your plan options
You'll see plan pricing and details. Select "Plan & pricing details, disclosures" on the quote page to review a sample plan document before purchasing.
Step 4: Complete your purchase
Enter your payment and contact information to finalize your plan. You'll receive a confirmation and your declarations by email.

What information do you need to buy?

When is the deadline to purchase?
You must purchase tuition insurance either before the first day of classes for the covered term. Protection cannot be added after the term has begun.
